Karen Massarella, Principal Consultant for Training
With over 20 years in-house experience in designing training courses and content we are sure that we can provide you with a learning and development solution that will meet your company’s requirements.
We can tailor any of our training courses for you; courses and even content can be compiled to create the right training programme for you and your company.
Alternatively, we can develop a bespoke learning package to your specifications. We believe that understanding how a business works – how it likes to communicate, develop and learn – allows us to develop training that is more relevant to the business and will enhance the learning process, as it put’s the learning in to the context of the environment where it will be used.
Detailed below are the training courses that CMG will be introducing in 2010 – training courses that have been developed to support you and your company through change management programs. We want to work with you, and your team, to help you learn and develop new skills to help you understand and manage any change that your business will be experiencing in the future.
