Imposing structural change without working on cultural change can be actively damaging: the two aspects must work in tandem.

Organisations are resistant to change because their managers and employees are resistant to change. It’s human nature for people to cling to the familiar and fear the unknown. And without changing people’s opinions and behaviour, an organisation won’t be able to adapt and thrive.

Change Management Group uses qualitative and quantitative analyses to evaluate relationships between groups of people, both within the organisation and  beyond: customers, suppliers, patients, and other stakeholders.

  • Work alongside an internal team to create ideas and foster engagement, enabling real change in ways of working and the application of values.
  • Benchmark our client’s processes against our HR process management model, recommending improvements and tools were required.
  • Facilitate sessions for groups of any size in a way that encourages creative thinking, debate and decision-making.
