Principal Consultant FMCG
Our company is seeking to appoint a principal consultant to strengthen our service offering to the consumer products sector. We are looking for an experienced change consultant who has the potential to become a future Partner.
The right individual will be an experienced consultant, who has ideally worked for a major consultancy. You will be good at relationship development and have a strong FMCG background – both in systems implementation and business change.
This role would suit a very bright individual that enjoys working with clients at all levels, who is able to lead projects and has the ability to grow into business development. You will have a passion for FMCG and worked with global clients.

Skills
- Top professional Management Consultant in a senior level role at a leading consultancy
- Experience in shaping and leading significant IT or business change projects/programmes (3 years minimum
- Experience of working in the FMCG, manufacturing or process industry sectors (3 years minimum)
- Proven record of delivering successful change programmes in a management or leading consultant role
- Good at relationship development and business development with strong industry contacts
- Rich knowledge of food and drink and/or consumer goods business processes
- Excellent methodological background (e.g. consulting methods and tools, Prince2, Six Sigma or similar)
- Line management experience
- Programme management skills
- Retail / supply chain / FMCG process knowledge
- Change management theory knowledge and practical skills
- Project lifecycle knowledge
- Able to travel according to client and project requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
- Able to spot talent and build effective teams
- Degree qualified, preferably with an accredited MBA from a leading business school
