Julia Cook
Managing Partner
Julia has delivered change projects in the consumer products industry for 20 years, for clients including Tesco, BhS, Trinity Mirror, The Kingfisher Group and B&Q. She has a strong IT background and has developed IT strategies and implemented systems for companies including Whirlpool, Reebok, Tesco, an NHS Trust, two dot.com retailers and a music company. Prior to creating CMG in 1999, she led an IT development company, and held roles at a dot.com business, The Disney Store, and Ernst & Young. Julia is a Trustee for The Consortium for Street Children.

Alan Howarth
Chairman
Alan has a portfolio of non-executive positions with Adili plc, Gresham Computing plc, Highams Group plc, CRF Health Inc., Chamberlin plc, and a number of smaller private national and international companies. He also has public sector responsibilities, particularly in the health sector. For nearly two decades, Alan was a senior partner with Ernst & Young and subsequently served as Managing Director of Compass Management Consulting Ltd.

John Hoerner
Advisory Board Chairman
John has unparalleled experience in the retail sector both in the UK and internationally – most recently as Chief Executive of Tesco Central European Clothing, and prior to that as Chief Executive of Tesco UK Clothing and International Sourcing. After coming to the UK in 1987 from the USA to run Debenhams and Harvey Nichols, he became CEO of the Burton Group and then Arcadia until 2000. John has also served as a non-exec director of BAA; Chairman of the BFC and Battersea Dogs & Cats Home.

Jeremy Cox
Financial Controller
Jeremy qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Brebners. Before joining Change Management Group in 2010, he worked for V2 Music Group, Universal Music Group, EMusica Records LLC. He has also previously worked with several start-up Companies. His financial acumen extends from the UK, US to the Far East in dealings with a large number of national and international interests.
Moaki Critchlow-Castro
Operations & Marketing
Moaki has worked with entrepreneurial businesses over the last 10 years operating in entertainment, manufacturing, consulting and international development, and holds an Honours degree in International Business from Westminster University. At CMG she is the primary contact for associate opportunities, marketing, events and queries requiring more information about the Change Management Group.
